Shipping FAQ
Do you ship to _____ and how much does it cost?
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Simply add your item to the cart, enter your address, and view your shipping cost instantly.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours of processing your payment (excludes weekends and holidays).
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is packaged up, we will create a shipping label, then email you a tracking number.
Your tracking number can take up to 2-4 days to update within the tracking system.
How can I track my package?
You will be sent a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to update. Once you get a tracking number, the shipping company takes time to get the package updated in their system.

When will my order arrive?
All orders ship from overseas. Processing times typically range from 6 to 10 days depending on your location. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 10 to 12 days.
Please note that after your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are fully managed by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Refund FAQ
What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary. For questions, contact us at Support@MyDockmate.com
What if my product comes damaged?
If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products, you must notify us within 2 days of product arrival via email with a description and several pictures of the damage, damaged package, and/or items within.
