Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Check your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll work quickly to assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
